Battlecry
WOW!!! What a month of Ministry..28 hours on the bus…21 hours of intense discipleship training…crossing a picket line to take a bold stand for God…30,000 young people gathered to praise God and worship with all of our heart, soul, and mind at Battle Cry. This month has been a blessing to the maximun degree.
As I reflect on what took place and we unwind from the experience, I am keenly aware of the battle we are all in with the enemy. I Peter 5:8 says “Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowles about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” But, I Peter 5:9 and 10 is the real meat of the passage, which says “ But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethern who are in the world. And after you have suffered for a little the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” I thank Jesus for His wonderfull protection for all of us on this recent trip to San Francisco and for the work he did in every heart and mind.
As a ministry team we are willing, ready, and able to take our beloved youth to the next level of discispleship – please pray as God directs us in how to do this awesome work for His kingdom. God is faithful to water the seeds that are planted.
